Ellen Werfel Martineau is a partner at Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein, LLP. Ms. Werfel Martineau is an experienced, tenacious and compassionate family law attorney. Prior to joining BBNS, she was an attorney with a prominent New York City Firm where she specialized in corporate reorganizations, commercial litigation and high net worth divorce cases. Since 2009, Ms. Werfel Martineau’s practice has been exclusively focused on matrimonial and family law in Westchester and the surrounding counties (Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess and Orange) and New York City. Ms. Werfel Martineau has been honored as a Super Lawyer from 2014 -2022 and as a Top Women Attorney in Metro New York and Westchester.
