Samantha Cooper

Samantha joined Berkman Bottger Newman and Schein LLP in May of 2018. Her practice focuses on all areas of matrimonial and family law matters, including the negotiation and litigation of custody disputes, financial matters, post-judgment proceedings, and the negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Samantha received her B.A. from Tulane University and her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she graduated with a concentration in family and children’s law and competed in a series of negotiation competitions as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Honor Society.
