Marc Fleisher is of counsel to Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein and has focused his practice on divorce mediation and collaborative law since 1994. In 1999, Marc co-founded the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals, which helped to spread and standardize collaborative divorce practice in the Greater New York area.
